Content Rules

1. Adults only

Anyone under 18 may not use Nonlucid. Never upload, request, generate, edit or transform sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, a person who appears to be a minor, or a fictional or simulated minor. This prohibition is absolute, regardless of claimed consent or artistic purpose.

2. Non-consensual intimate content

Do not create, upload, edit, distribute or threaten to distribute intimate or sexually explicit material of an identifiable person without that adult’s express consent. This includes digital forgeries, nudification, voyeuristic material, sexual humiliation and images altered to appear intimate.

3. Real people, likeness and consent

You may use your own likeness, an AI-generated person, or the likeness of an adult who has expressly authorised the specific use. When another person appears in reference media, you must keep reliable written evidence of their consent and provide it to Nonlucid if reasonably requested.

Do not impersonate a person, mislead others about whether media is authentic, or use a person’s likeness for harassment, fraud, sexual exploitation, defamation or other harm.

4. Other prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, trafficking or sexualised depictions of minors.
• Rape, sexual assault, forced sexual activity, domestic abuse or other non-consensual violence.
• Terrorism, violent extremist propaganda or credible instructions to commit serious harm.
• Graphic real-world death, torture, severe injury, bestiality or sexual acts involving animals.
• Hateful or dehumanising content targeting a protected group, or targeted threats and harassment.
• Promotion or instruction of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
• Fraud, phishing, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, malicious code or evasion of safeguards.
• Content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Any other content or activity that is illegal where you access, create, possess or distribute it.

5. Rights to uploaded material

Only upload material you own or are authorised to use. Permission to view an image does not necessarily include permission to upload, alter, sexualise or publish it. You are responsible for obtaining all required intellectual-property, privacy and publicity permissions.

6. Enforcement

Nonlucid may automatically or manually block requests, remove files, limit features, preserve necessary security evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel Affiliate participation and cooperate with valid legal requests when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination. Repeated attempts to evade safeguards may be treated as a separate violation. Where appropriate and legally permitted, you may contact us to ask for review of an enforcement decision.

7. Reporting and contact

To report prohibited content, suspected exploitation or misuse of your likeness, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to locate and assess the issue. Do not send illegal content by email unless specifically requested through a secure process.
